Cancellation Policy
DATE NIGHT BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY We strive to provide flexibility and understanding in case unforeseen circumstances arise. However, there are certain policies that we must enforce to ensure the smooth operation of our services. Here's what you need to know: Non-Refundable Bookings: All Date Night bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Rescheduling: If your chosen date does not work for you or if something unexpected comes up, you have the privilege to reschedule your booking. Upgrades & Add-Ons: You are welcome to add on services or upgrade to another package after your initial booking. Package Reduction: Please note that once a package is selected, you will not be able to scale down or remove services from the original package. Cancellation Window: You have a 72-hour window from the time of your booking to cancel and reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling Period: You have up to 6 months from the date of communicating the cancellation to reschedule your date night.
